A little more of my story…

I used to think yoga was all about those beautiful bendy poses… but let me tell you… Yoga is all about the inside. Yoga taught me to slow down, listen inward, and find steadiness through life’s inevitable ups and downs.

That lesson has shaped not only the way I move through life, but the experiences I create for others.

Today, I create thoughtfully curated workshops, retreats, live music events, and meaningful gatherings designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and discover what’s possible when we come together with intention.

You’ll find the space to move, connect, and experience something that stays with you long after the day is over. Life will always be messy, beautiful, hard and exhilarating. We can’t change that.

But we can learn to meet it with greater presence, wisdom and ease.

My story continues…

I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness in the Boston area for over a decade at yoga studios, small and large businesses, hospitals and religious institutions. I love to both learn and teach and consider it a gift to continually evolve and pass on what so many wonderful people have shared with me. A humble bow to all of my teachers and mentors: Matt Giordano, Rebecca Doring, George Mumford, my Thursday meditation sangha, Rolf Gates, Jacqui Bonwell, Kevan Gale, Betty Riaz, my insanely funny and fun husband David and my three boys who are life’s greatest gifts and teachers, …"If I have seen further than others, it is by standing upon the shoulders of giants.” - Isaac Newton

Yoga and meditation speak to my soul and have helped me navigate challenging times, but variety is the spice of life. As much as I enjoy quiet and stillness, being active adds that spice and creates just the right amount of balance and fun. Hiking, swimming, lifting weights, cooking, dinner parties with family and friends, travel and community involvement are just a few more things that fill my soul.
